Shipping & Returns

Where do we ship? 

We currently ship across Canada and the US. All orders placed online at www.ladonibeauty.ca are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.​

Please note shipping rates are calculated at check out, once you add your postal code. For domestic orders, provincial sales taxes will be applied (% depends on your province). However, we do offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD and $150 US.

 

What's our return policy?

We hope you love our products as much as we enjoyed formulating them for you. However if you are not satisfied with your order please email us at hello@ladonibeauty.ca. We ask that you carefully read our ingredients list before ordering. We offer a refund, or exchange on all products returned to us within 15 days of receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to fully refund you.

We carefully pack your orders to protect them as much as possible, but if your goods arrives damaged in transit, with discrepancies, or defective, we are sorry. Please send us an email for replacement of the damaged product(s).

For all refunds, exchange, or replacement emails, please include:

  • Your name, Order number, which product(s) you are returning and a brief description of why you are returning the product(s).

 Please note:

  • we cannot accept empty or mostly used items. The product(s) must be unopened or gently used only. Original package should still be in good condition/unbroken.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue a refunds for items that have been broken, mis-used, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment without the original shipping charges. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping expenses.
